Home Energy Evaluations

Are you looking for advice that could save you money on heating and cooling costs without just adjusting the thermostat? Book a home energy evaluation from the energy efficiency experts at Trinity Inspection Services. A home energy evaluation will help you take full advantage of your renovation budget while minimizing your energy costs.

Our advisors are registered with Natural Resources Canada to perform home energy evaluations using the nationally recognized EnerGuide Rating System. Our advisor will go through your home and examine your insulation levels, look at your mechanical systems (heating and ventilation, etc.) and conduct a blower door test to identify air leakage rates and draft points.

Following your in-home evaluation, the advisor builds your house inside of Natural Resources Canada’s own energy simulation software. By doing so, we can identify heat loss points and overall air leakage numbers. The advisor uses this model to simulate practical energy saving upgrades and will provide you with a report to identify these areas. You can then plan out your renovations, with confidence knowing which areas will make a difference in your long-term energy savings. You will also receive an EnerGuide label for your home Natural Resources Canada.

Costs for evaluations may vary. Please contact us for more information.
